The Corporate Negligence
Of Champaigne-Webber

Story by Brett

What I am about to tell you is a true story, the story of many wrongs and the story of the heartbreak caused by fat corporate shysters and the demons they work to protect from taking the responsibilities they should. In the great state of Texas, the Champaigne-Webber corporation is responsible for building many roads in which people travel. They have had many contracts with cities for repairs on many highways. They have recently proven to be greedy fat pocketed scum bags and this is the reason.

Not long ago, Brett lost his Neice, Hannah Totem. She was 18 years old. The cause of death was road construction being done by the Champaigne-Webber corporation. In part of the construction, there is a very sharp, very quick difference in the level of the highway. This was caused by poor judgement on this road where the speed limit is a posted 70 miles per hour. There were no visible warnings due to the fact that the construction area was just over a small hill. However, it was this reason that proves the negligence of the construction company. According to my sources, and photos of the accident scene, which were taken by Brett Hicks, the uncle of the "murder victim", and before the company tampered with the evidence, the visible warnings were 350 yards SHORT of state regulation markings for such terrain. She hit this 6 inch difference and flew of the road to her death.

This was not the only death and six other families are also in a law suit against the construction company. However, these money lined pocketed demons are trying to turn the table of blame on the actual victims, and in hearing session, it was suggested, by the company's lawyer, a Southern boy horse whipping redneck "bubba", that Hannah, at her youthful wreckless age, was driving over the speed limit. However, this is incident has happened before and there is no possible way that everybody was wreckless and irresponsible. Hannah was a safe driver, and so was the older man who left a wife and children behind because of this kind of careless abandon for safety.

It has been suggested and proven that Champaigne-Webber did in fact, move many of the markers after the accident and before police had a chance to take photos, so the only photos that prove how dangerous this was were taken by Brett himself and are now being used in court to prove their case against the company.

I have also been informed that the mother of Hannah, Brett's sister, is a total and complete wreck herself, because of this. She lost her only child and her only moments of comfort come from taking anti-depressants which don't last more than a couple of hours at best when they kick in.

This is going to have to stop NOW!!! We cannot afford to constantly lose our loved ones to the irrogance of corporations or their lawyers. Granted, a lawyer is paid to do a job, not understand the emotions of those whom he is helping to torment in a court of law. However, this becomes a flaw when a shyster sells his soul to defend a corporations negligence.

Rest in peace sweet Hannah, you never had the chance to know the best things in life. The chance to see your own child for the first time or to watch them take that first step as your mother watched you. You will never experience bringing another life into a loving family.....because your life was taken away by Corporate America.
