Ansel

Inspired by an Ansel Adams photo

A portrait of trees in black and white. Forever immortalizing the beauty of that long ago Winter.

Snow, crystallized upon every limb, every leaf of this, manufactured by nature. Ice, beautiful, clean and cold. I run through this photograph as if I were really there. The light packed powder crunching under my steps. Tracks show my path as I continue trekking within this majestic beauty of some past December morning.

Trees, mountain and fields of snow. The domains of the Winter Goddess.

Be brief, and take heed, for if you stay too long, she shall bite with icy teeth and frosty breath that cuts man's appendages quick. However, enjoy what you can, for a moment can pass forever in the flash of a camera's lens.
